Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two convenient shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping – via EMS (for orders over $50)
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Basic tracking available

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship globally except to some Asian and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
  • Must include original packaging
  • Must be accompanied by your order confirmation or receipt

Important: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Footbeds and Compression Socks unless they are defective or incorrect items were shipped.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include:
    • Your order number
    • Product details (name, size, color)
    • Reason for return/exchange
    • For exchanges: specify new product details
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags and accessories.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (varies by financial institution)

Exchange Process

For exchanges (size, color, or style changes for our Mary Jane, Multi-Strap, or other designs):

  • Processed when we receive your return
  • If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll contact you about alternatives or issue a refund
  • Exchanged items ship via your original shipping method
  • We cover shipping costs for replacement items

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received damaged items from our Rugged collection, Easy Clean line, or any product:

  • Include photos of the damage
  • We’ll arrange free return and replacement

International Returns

For our global customers:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees for returned items are non-refundable
