Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:
- In their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by your order confirmation or receipt
Note: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Footbeds and Compression Socks unless they are defective or incorrect items were shipped.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your items:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return/exchange request within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below for faster processing.
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
Exchange Process
For exchanges (size, color, or style changes for our Mary Jane, Multi-Strap, or other designs):
- We’ll process your exchange as soon as we receive your return
- If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund
- Exchanged items will be shipped via your original shipping method (Standard or Free Shipping)

Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item from our Rugged collection, Easy Clean line, or any other product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and replacement.
International Returns
For our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees for returned items are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
